Welcome to the Arapuni Village Community Association (AVCA). Nestled in the scenic Waikato region, Arapuni has a rich history rooted in its role as a village for hydroelectricity dam workers, with community at its heart.
About AVCA
Established with the vision of fostering positive change and enhancing the quality of life in Arapuni Village, we organise events, workshops, and projects that promote community engagement and overall well-being. We seek funding for these activities, and participate in local government discussions. By becoming a member, you can play a vital role in shaping the positive transformation of our village.
The AVCA committee donate their time and resources to facilitating community initiatives. Current committee members include Anthony De Reus, Dean Gittings, Nicki De Reus, Kathleen Edwards and Rosie Cahalane.
